نبذة عن الجمعية:

جمعية القلوب الرحيمة - غزة (Merciful Hearts Gaza) هي منظمة أهليّة إنسانية غير ربحية مسجلة وتعمل في فلسطين (قطاع غزة). تُعنى بتقديم الإغاثة العاجلة، والدعم التنموي، والخدمات الاجتماعية والصحية للفئات الأكثر احتياجاً والأيتام والنازحين.

أبرز المهام والخدمات:

١. الإغاثة والأمن الغذائي

توزيع الطرود الغذائية، الوجبات الساخنة، ومياه الشرب الصالحة للاستخدام في مناطق النزوح.

٢. كفالة الأيتام والأسر

تقديم كفالات مالية ودورية للأيتام والأرامل والأسر المتعففة لضمان العيش الكريم.

٣. الرعاية الطبية والدوائية

توفير الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية ودعم النقاط الطبية الميدانية والمراكز الصحية.

٤. الإيواء ومستلزمات الشتاء

توفير الخيام، البطانيات، والملابس الشتوية والمستلزمات المعيشية للنازحين.

About the Association:

Merciful Hearts Association - Gaza is a registered non-profit humanitarian organization operating in Palestine (Gaza Strip). Dedicated to delivering emergency relief, community development, and health services to vulnerable families, orphans, and displaced persons.

Key Missions & Services:

1. Emergency Food Relief

Distributing food parcels, hot meals, and clean drinking water in displacement camps.

2. Orphan & Family Sponsorship

Providing regular financial aid to orphans, widows, and vulnerable families for dignity.

3. Medical & Health Support

Supplying essential medicine, medical gear, and supporting field clinics in Gaza.

4. Shelter & Winterization

Providing tents, blankets, warm winter clothing, and essentials for displaced families.

تلتزم جمعية القلوب الرحيمة غزة بحماية خصوصية وأمان بيانات المتبرعين، المستفيدين، والمتطوعين. تم وضع هذه السياسة لتوضيح إجراءات جمع البيانات واستخدامها وحمايتها وفق المعايير الأخلاقية والقانونية الدولية والمحلية.

تعهد الخصوصية: لا تقوم الجمعية ببيع، أو تأجير، أو مشاركة أي بيانات شخصية أو مالية خاصة بالمتبرعين أو المستفيدين لأي جهات تجارية أو تسويقية على الإطلاق.

Merciful Hearts Gaza is strictly committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of donors, beneficiaries, and volunteers. This policy outlines how personal data is collected, processed, and secured in line with international ethical and legal standards.

Privacy Pledge: The Association never sells, rents, or shares donor or beneficiary personal/financial data with any third-party commercial entities.

جمع البيانات وأغراض الاستخدام | Data Collection & Purpose of Use

١. البيانات التي نجمعها:

بيانات المتبرعين: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، ودولة الإقامة (دون تخزين أرقام البطاقات الائتمانية على خوادمنا).
بيانات المستفيدين: الاسم، رقم الهوية، عنوان السكن، والتقييم الاجتماعي لضمان وصول الدعم لمستحقيه.
بيانات المتطوعين: السيرة الذاتية ومعلومات التواصل.

٢. أغراض الاستخدام:

إتمام التبرعات وإصدار السندات والإيصالات الرسمية.
توزيع المساعدات الإغاثية والكفالات بدقة وشفافية.
موافاة المتبرعين بتقارير الإنجاز والمتابعة الميدانية.

1. Information We Collect:

Donor Data: Name, email, phone number, and country (credit card details are processed via secure payment gateways and never stored).
Beneficiary Data: Name, ID number, address, and social evaluation to verify aid eligibility.
Volunteer Data: Resume, skills, and contact details.

2. How We Use Information:

To process donations and issue official donation receipts.
To deliver humanitarian aid and orphan sponsorships accurately.
To provide donors with transparent project updates and field reports.

أمان البيانات وحفظ كرامة المستفيدين | Data Security & Human Dignity

أمن ومعالجة البيانات:

نطبق بروتوكولات تشفير آمنة (SSL/TLS) لحماية حركة البيانات المالية والشخصية. يقتصر الوصول للبيانات على الموظفين المخولين فقط لأغراض تنفيذ المشاريع الإنسانية.

حفظ كرامة المستفيدين:

تلتزم الجمعية بتوثيق التوزيعات بما يحفظ كرامة الأسر والأطفال، ولا يتم نشر صور أو فيديوهات إلا وفق الضوابط الأخلاقية والمعايير الإنسانية الدولية (DO NO HARM).

Security Protocols:

We implement secure encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) to secure all communications and financial transactions. Data access is strictly limited to authorized personnel.

Dignity of Beneficiaries:

The Association strictly enforces policies to respect the dignity of aid recipients and children. Media publication follows international ethical guidelines ("Do No Harm").
